ISO launches free online tutorial for management systems

In order to help certification bodies better understand the changes to its updated management system standard (ISO/IEC 17021:2011), the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has launched a free online tutorial. All management system certification bodies accredited by the Standards Council of Canada are required to transition to the revised standard by February 1, 2013.
