Standards Council of Canada and Accreditation Canada to increase collaboration in health sector

The Standards Council of Canada (SCC) is pleased to announce that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Accreditation Canada. This MOU marks the first step towards a more collaborative, bilateral relationship between the two organizations. The agreement will help in the identification and understanding of priorities in areas of mutual interest.

"Our agreement represents a willingness for dialogue and a commitment to collaborate on standards-related work between SCC and Accreditation Canada," said SCC Chief Executive Officer, John Walter. "Our partnership will strengthen Canada’s national accreditation infrastructure."
