2.2 TC(Technical Corrigendum) to ISO/IEC 10036

SC34 Japan discussed the topic of ISO/IEC 10036 registration and identified that the registration should be carried out on Internet environment. It requires some corrigenda to the existing specification on ISO/IEC 10036. Those requirements are summarized in SC34/WG2 N31.
