In order to avoid confusion, could you resend the proof
text attached, with the following comments (which was
forwarded on 2005-04-24):

I checked the proofreading text of TR 19758/Amd.3
and found no problem. I confirm the publication of the Amd.3.

From the extremely editorial point of view, the spaces just
before the lines "Page xx, Clause x" should be same with each
other. For example, the space just before "Page 39, Clause 7" in
page 2 is much larger than that before "Page 42, Clause 7" in
page 3.

However, the comment is extremely editorial and
