The following FDAM and FDIS texts were circulated for their ballots:
In the balloting period, we found some defects in the FDIS 9541-4. They will be provided as a defects report rather than ballot comments on the FDIS text.
ISO Central Secretariat suggests developing the 2nd editions of ISO/IEC 9541-1, 2 and 3, since the parts of ISO/IEC 9541 have a number of Amendments and Corrigenda. WG2 will propose to make projects by subdividing the existing 9541 projects to develop the 2nd editions.
After the discussions in the last WG2 meeting, the font experts reviewed again the OOXML text from the font's point of view and provided a defect report on OOXML fonts to WG4.
WG2 font experts reviewed FCD 14496-22 2nd edition and ISO/IEC 14496-5/FDAM14. They will submit a liaison statement on the texts to SC29/WG11.
