Dear Richard and Blandine,

I just received the voting result on FDIS 9541-4.

Since there are no NB comments, please proceed with the publication with
the following corrections on Page 29 which were pointed out by Richard.

> The "advancedHeight" written in the text of the subclauses A.3.4.4 and A.3.5.1
> should be replaced with "advanceHeight".

I have received a confirmation from the SC 34 project editor, Dr.
Komachi.
