Recommendations of Sept. 2010 Meeting of ISO/IEC JTC1/SC34/WG2 in Totyo

1. Second editions of ISO/IEC 9541-1, -2, and -3 (Font information interchange)

WG2 instructs the project editors to develop FCD texts of the 2nd editions including the discussions in the Tokyo meeting.

2. ISO/IEC 24754-2, Formatting specifications for document rendering systems

WG2 accepts WG2 N396 as a disposition of the comments on CD 24754-2 and instructs the editor to revise the text for further processing. WG2 recommends that the process of 24754 should be changed to TR from IS since the specification is informative.

3. Program of Work

WG2 accepts WG2 N398 as the revised program of work for WG2.

4. WG2 Meetings Schedule

The next WG2 meeting will be held in March 2011 in Prague.

5. Acclamation

WG2 expresses its appreciation to Japanese national body for handling arrangements of the WG2 meeting.
