WG2 reviewed and completed the proposed FDIS texts (WG2 N421, N422 and N423) of ISO/IEC 9541-1, -2, and -3, 2nd editions and instructs SC34 Secretariat to forward the texts to ITTF for FDIS balloting directly, since the 2nd editions are editorial consolidations of the 1st editions and the respective Amendments/Corrigenda.
AS no Amendment texts has ever been produced for ISO/IEC 9541-4:2009, WG2 instructs SC34 Secretariat to cancel the project of ISO/IEC 9541-4:2009/Amd.1.
WG2 accepts WG2 N424 as the liaison statement to SC29/WG11 regarding a Panose issue in ISO/IEC 14496-22 and instructs SC34 Secretariat to forward it to SC29/WG11.
WG2 accepts WG2 N425 as the revised program of work for SC34/WG2.
The next WG2 meeting will be held in June 27 and 28, 2012 in Brazil.
WG2 expresses its appreciation to the Korean National Body for handling arrangements of the WG2 meeting.
