From: Roz, Waddell [[email protected]]Canada can support this ballot however clarity is required as to the intent
of the proposal on availability of the registry.
Specifically it is
unknown from the JTC1 proposal whether the registry will be made freely
available on line, the cost associated with registration etc. If the costs are
unreasonable, our concern is that the document will not be up to date,
especially if the font vendors do not register the glyphs.
Canada seeks
clarity on this point.
