Recommendations of Nov. 2005 Meeting of ISO/IEC JTC1/SC34/WG2 in Atlanta


1. Amd.2 to ISO/IEC 9541-2 (Font information interchange - Interchange format)

WG2 accepts WG2 N229 (SC34 N0683) as the 1st WD for ISO/IEC 9541-2/Amd.2: Extension to font reference. WG2 instructs the Project Editors to take into account comments on the WD and create a new text for PDAM balloting.

2. ISO/IEC 24754 (Minimum requirements for specifying document rendering systems)

WG2 accepts WG2 N233 (SC34 N0686) and WG2 N234 (SC34 N0687) as the 3rd WD and user requirements for ISO/IEC 24754 respectively. WG2 requests the SC34 Secretariat for circulation of the documents within SC34 for review and comment.

WG2 instructs the Project Editors to create a new text for CD balloting after discussing the comments on the 3rd WD.

3. Program of Work

WG2 accepts WG2 N231 (SC34 N0685) as the revised program of work for WG2.

4. Comments on Secretariat Manager's Report

WG2 accepts WG2 N230 (SC34 N0684) as WG2 Comments on Secretariat Manager's Report and requests SC34 Secretariat for including them in the next revision of Secretariat Manager's Report.
