Opportunity to participate on CAC/ISO/TC30/SC2, Pressure Differential Devices.

The Standards Council of Canada (SCC) is seeking interested stakeholders representing government, industry, regulators and consumers to participate on its Canadian committee for the development of international standards on Pressure Differential Devices.

Scope of work

Standardization of rules and methods for the measurement of fluid flow in closed conduits including:

- Terminology and definitions;
- Rules for inspection, installation, operation;
- Construction of instruments and equipment required;
- Conditions under which measurements are to be made;
- Rules for collection, evaluation and interpretation of measurement data, including errors.

Deadline for submission

Interested parties should submit their Curriculum Vitae along with a statement outlining their ability to contribute to the work of the committee by December 20, 2009.
