Asset Publisher 2005-03-23 Tobacco and tobacco products (CAC/ISO/TC 126)The Standards Council of Canada (SCC) is seeking interested parties to participate on Tobacco and tobacco products (CAC/ISO/TC 126). Representation is required from the following membership categories: consumers, industry, regulators and manufacturers. The scope of CAC/ISO/TC 126 is the: Standardization of terminology and test methods for un-manufactured tobacco, all types of tobacco products, materials used for manufacturing tobacco products and tobacco smoke including environmental tobacco smoke aspects; specifications and questions of handling, storage, packaging and transport are included as appropriate. Individuals are invited to submit their Curriculum Vitae (CV) along with a statement outlining their interests and ability to contribute to the work of the CAC/ISO/TC 126 to the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) by May 30, 2005.
