Canada Unveils First National Standard For Emergency Response Teams

As part of the launch of Canada's first national standard (CAN-CGSB-CSA-Z1610-10) on protective equipment for front-line fire, paramedic and police personnel who respond to chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) emergencies, the Standards Council of Canada will participate in the simulation of a chemical incident at the Lower Bay subway station, in Toronto, Ontario, on January 25th, 2011.
