Amendment to 9573 regarding currency character entities

This is an addendum of the missing currency signs from IS 8859-15 to ISO character entity set ISOnum, "ISO 8879-1986//ENTITIES Numeric and Special Graphic//EN", as published in IS 9573 Techniques for Using SGML.

The ISO character entity sets provide a standardized way to code characters from other character sets than IS 8859-1 in documents encoded using IS 8879, SGML. The introduction of the euro causes a need to add its currency sign to the appropriate ISO character entity set, which is ISOnum, where pound, dollar, cent and yen are already declared.

Other currency signs that are specified in IS 8859-15 can be added at the same time.

A preparatory draft will be contributed by the Dutch National Body for the SC34 meeting in December 2002.
