2. Discussion

The following topics were discussed:

ISO 13250-1: Overview and Basic Concepts

Naito-san will prepare a new draft for the Kyoto meeting.

ISO 13250-4: Canonicalization

Naito-san and Setogawa-san are working on a revised draft which we hope to have for the Kyoto meeting.

ISO 13250-5: Reference Model

The TMRM itself is considered stable and ready for FCD ballot. The meeting discussed the TMRM-TMDM mapping in some detail and decided to change the name to "Formal semantics of TMDM". A new draft will be prepared in time for the Kyoto meeting, after which the TMRM will go to FCD ballot. See N921.

ISO 13250-6: Compact Syntax

CTM was not on the agenda, but a number of issues were raised that impact CTM. Further issues relating to CTM will be discussed in Kyoto on the basis of National Body comments emanating from the current CD ballot. See N920.

ISO/IEC 18048: Topic Maps Query Language

A new draft will be prepared in time for the Kyoto meeting, after which TMQL will go to FCD ballot. See N922.

ISO/IEC 19756: Topic Maps Constraint Language

A new draft will be prepared in time for the Kyoto meeting, after which TMCL will go to FCD ballot. See N923.
