SC34 National Bodies and Liaison Organizations are instructed to provide the SC34 Secretariat with the names of all delegates attending the plenary by 02 November 2000.

Also, please note that all additions to the agenda should be requested prior to the meetings in order to ensure that all documentation can be provided to the delegates upon their arrival at the meetings.

All conference sessions, tutorials, the exposition and related activities will be held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.

The Marriott is centrally located in northwest Washington, DC. The hotel has several restaurants, a café, coffee house, and pub. Conveniently located inside the hotel are such services as a full business center, rental car desk, airline desk, and gift shops. GCA has negotiated a conference rate of $168 single/double, (plus tax). Reservations should be made directly through the hotel. To obtain the conference rate you must identify yourself as an "XML 2000" attendee. The cut off date for the special group rate is Novemeber 12, 2000. Reservations made after this date will be based on space availability.
