SC34 National Bodies and Liaison Organizations are instructed to provide the SC34 Secretariat with the names of all delegates attending the plenary by 15 April 2003.

Also, please note that all additions to the agenda should be requested prior to the meetings in order to ensure that all documentation can be provided to the delegates upon their arrival at the meetings.
