1. page 10: For the language item, the ISO 639-1 standard 2 alpha codes do not cover Canadian requirements. The ISO 639-2/T 3-alpha code set does. In order to meet Canadian requirements, any reference to language codes must reference the 3-alpha ISO 639-2/T code set.

2. Note: On page v, the word "complicated" is spelled incorrectly.
