EPTIS

A non-commercial, jointly run database that lists more than 800 proficiency testing (PT) schemes operating in Europe, the Americas and Australia. Listings in the database include characteristics that demonstrate how the PT providers meet requirements set out in the ISO/IEC guide for proficiency testing (ISO/IEC Guide 43) or the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation’s guidelines for the requirements for the Competence of Providers of Proficiency Testing Schemes (ILAC G13). Canada is one of 40 member countries that participate in listing PT schemes on the EPTIS database. Currently, four organizations accredited by SCC are part of the database.
