Conseil de la CEI

The IEC Council is a legislative body responsible for setting IEC’s policy and planning its long-term strategic and financial objectives. It also coordinates the management of all IEC work to the Council Board. The Council comprises of IEC officers, former IEC presidents and current presidents of full member National Committees. The Standards Council of Canada (SCC) sponsors the Canadian National Committee of the International Electrotechnical Commission (CNC/IEC), as the Canadian member. The president of CNC/IEC is on the IEC Council. CNC/IEC is also an SCC advisory committee.
